Stone crushing production line/stone crushing plant  is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centralized electronic control. The designed output is 50-800t/h and cone crusher and dust removing equipment can be equipped to satisfy different processing needs of the customers.

stone crushing plant process:

First the raw materials be send to primary crusher(jaw crusher) by vibrating feeder, after first-stage crush, material will be transport to the secondary crusher(impact crusher) by belt conveyor, to get the rather fine size gravel, then these products be separated by vibrating screen to meet the size customer request.

ZSW series vibrating feeder + PE series jaw crusher + PY series cone crusher + Belt conveyor + YK series circular vibrating screen;

ZSW series vibrating feeder + PE series jaw crusher + PF series impact crusher + vertical shaft impact crusher + Belt conveyor + YK series circular vibrating screen.
